Puppy Information and Pricing:
We offer wonderful family pet companions in shades of red, dark red and could on occasion have apricot, silver, and black. Although all three of the dogs that we breed are red, they have some silver, apricot, and black ancestors in their pedigrees. As with most breeds their color may change as they get older.
Our puppies are raised with lots of love in our home and are handled from the second they are born. They immediately become a part of our family. Before your puppy goes home with you, they will all be very well socialized with numerous adults, children, and different environments. They will enjoy their adventures outside, chasing the kids around the backyard, car rides, playing with our friends' standard poodles, and of course playing ball.
Poodle Train will only sell our puppies to those who are ready to include a puppy as a member of their family with a permanent place in their home. We prefer the puppies to be indoor dogs. Poodles think they are "human" and need to be a part of your life. Our puppies love interaction with people so before you decide to adopt one of our puppies, you must be willing to commit to giving them lots of attention. We hope that you will keep in touch with us through the years after you have adopted your new puppy.
Your puppy leaves our home to yours with a little piece of our heart. They are vet checked to insure that the puppy you receive will be healthy. They will have their tails docked, their dew claws removed, be de-wormed, and have up-to-date vaccinations for their age. Your puppies can go to their new homes between eight and ten weeks of age.
Our prices start at $600 for Caleigh's puppies and $1000 for Maddie's puppies. We ask for a $250 deposit to reserve a puppy for you. We will put your name on our waiting list for our next litter with a $100 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to the total purchase price of the puppy. The remainder of the amount owed must be paid in full before we will ship your puppy. We will accept a personal check or a US Postal Money Order. We do accept Paypal with a small additional fee. Caleigh's puppies are sold on a limited registration only basis. They are wonderful family companions! Maddie's puppies will be sold on a limit registration basis. She may have puppies that are of show or breeding quality which we will sell on a full registration to approved homes only.
We may be able to meet you half way by vehicle depending on the miles with a reasonable charge. Shipping is also available within the United States and Canada using Continental Airlines with a charge of about $350. This price includes their plane ticket, a crate, health certificate from our vet, and other supplies.
We will not sell to puppy brokers, puppy mills, pet stores, or any third parties. We will not use third party shipping agents. Our puppies are meant to be family members. We have the right to refuse ownership. All Sales Are Final.
THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF OUR CONTRACT THAT MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED TO US BEFORE YOUR NEW PUPPY WILL BE HANDED OVER TO YOU.
A pet PUPPY is defined here to be a miniature poodle puppy which is in good
health at the time of sale. This PUPPY is purebred and is registerable
(registered) with the American Kennel Club.
This PUPPY is registered with a limited registration, which will prohibit
breeding and registering offspring. The BUYER understands this PUPPY is
requested by the BREEDER to be spayed or neutered at the appropriate age.
The BREEDER guarantees the above described dog to be healthy at the time of
the sale.
The BREEDER does not assume any liability for any injury to said puppy after
delivery.
The BUYER agrees to have this puppy examined by a veterinarian within 72
hours of delivery.
All appropriate shots for the PUPPY'S age have been given, and a record of
this vaccination history is supplied.
The BUYER agrees to maintain the puppy's health in good condition, and to
provide yearly examinations, vaccinations, heartworm test, and any other usual
procedures necessary to assure good health.
The BREEDER has done everything possible to produce healthy sound puppies by
raising the puppies in the best possible manner in regards to diet, exercise,
socialization and veterinary care.
There are many factors that can influence growth and development, example
(but not limited to): as diet, exercise, weight gain, etc.. The BUYER assumes
the responsibility to carry on with the appropriate vaccinations as supplied by
the BREEDER. The BREEDER can offer no further guarantees once the care of
the puppy is no longer under BREEDER'S control.
The BUYER agrees that neither he/she nor the BUYER'S estate/executors may
sell this PUPPY or transfer ownership of this PUPPY without the BREEDER'S
knowledge and written consent
The BUYER hereby agrees that if at any time the Buyer cannot take proper care
of the puppy, the BUYER must contact the BREEDER and the BUYER will return the
PUPPY to the BREEDER at the BUYER'S expense with no refund.
The BUYER agrees to notify the BREEDER of any change of address during the
PUPPY'S lifetime.
The Buyer agrees to provide a suitable living environment for the puppy.
